Columbia Gas Transmission Pipeline has reached a settlement in principle in their rate case in Docket No RP24-1103-000.  Columbia has implemented interim rates.  NYSEG is updating the Weighted Average Cost of Capacity (WACOC) to reflect these new rates August 1,2025.  The change in the Columbia Gas rates reached the 5% threshold for an update to the WACOC.
