Dear RG&E ESCO:

Each year for the upcoming winter season, ESCOs are required to demonstrate firm, non-recallable, primary point capacity to RG&E's city gate sufficient to meet the full requirements of core customer load.  This year, the process to satisfy this requirement will begin on July 23, 2025 and will conclude on August 1, 2025. 

Attached please find RG&E's 2025 Proven Capacity Letter, Capacity Affidavit, a list of acceptable upstream trading points, and instructions on where to upload the information in GTS. Please read carefully, as there are several documents required to complete the process successfully.
