In compliance with the New York State Public Service Commission's order in Case 24-G-0033, NYSEG is providing notice that the Company is updating its loss factor to 0.0216 percent of the amount of customer-owned gas received by the Company as an allowance for losses and Company use incurred in the process of delivery, effective 4/1/2025.
